• It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury to users or damage to the equipment. During the equipment hire period the hirer is responsible for the supervision of the equipment and keeping it from damage
• Please ensure you provide the correct information at the time of booking. Once booked, we can only change dates if there is availability. We ask for a £50 deposit to be paid at the time of booking via bacs transfer which is refundable when equipment is picked up. Full payment to be paid on delivery of equipment in cash or bacs transfer
• A disclaimer must be signed at the beginning of the hire period

• A delivery time will be arranged at the time of booking – please make sure you are in! We will re-confirm the delivery time the day before. For any locations outside a 15 mile radius of CV33 an additional delivery charge will apply
• In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible we will inform you as soon as we can and the deposit will be fully refunded 
• There needs to be a flat, clean hard space for the hot tub of 2m x 2m (or 3m x 3m if gazebo hired also) and access to an indoor or outdoor tap. Please note that heating up the hot tub takes 12 hours from cold but will be significantly less if it is filled from the hot water tap. We can provide a hose if needed
• We ask that you empty the hot tub of water before collection with a hose (full instructions given)
• The hirer needs to ensure the equipment is ready for collection at the agreed time and should be there when it is picked up
• If there is any damage to the equipment or if it is very unclean the hirer is liable for costs up the value of £250. Repairs are not to be made by the hirer

Do not use the hot tub if:

• You are pregnant
• You have had a viral infection (including stomach bug) in the last 7 days
• If you have high or low blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes. If you are unsure if a condition will be effected by using a hot tub please seek medical advice from your doctor
• If you have any skin, ear or other infections, open sores or wounds
• You are allergic to chlorine

Other rules:

• Under 5’s should not use the hot tub. Only children taller than the water level when standing should use the hot tub and should be supervised at all times. Any major incidents are the hirer’s responsibility
• Hot water can increase the effects of alcohol and cause sleepiness. Never use the hot tub when using excessive amounts of alcohol or any illegal drugs or when alone
• Restrict use of hot tub to 20 minutes each time
• Do not put your head under the water
• Shower with soap and water before and after using the hot tub. Washing beforehand eliminates contaminants which can effect the chemical level of the water including deodorant, body lotions etc..
• Always put the cover on when the hot tub is not in use to keep the heat in and avoid any accidents for children or pets. Always keep pets away from the hot tub
• Do not place any other liquids in the hot tub - for example alcohol, bubble bath or oil as this will seriously effect the chemical levels and potentially cause damage to the equipment
• If you experience any allergic reaction, exit the hot tub and shower immediately
• To ensure the water remains clean and avoid any damage you should clean the filter daily as per instructions provided
• Check the chemical levels daily with strips provided and using chemicals provided should you need to balance them (as per instruction sheet)

• Full instructions on using the hot tub will be given / left for you as well as instructions on maintaining the water quality
• If the water becomes very dirty due to not following the maintenance instructions and the pump fails we will not accept responsibility for the hot tub not working. If there are any issues preventing you from using the hot tub please call us on 07816 207377 for telephone support. There will be a call out fee of £40 if equipment failure is due to misuse of the equipment

• The gazebos are pop up gazebos which must be used with care
• It is the hirer’s responsibility to look after the gazebo and we would ask that you take it down should there be any severe adverse weather conditions to avoid damage
• Gazebo is erected on delivery if the weather is suitable
• The customer will be responsible for any repair / replacement costs

• If you cancel the hot tub hire the deposit will be retained
• If the allocated space is not adequate to set up the hot tub on arrival you will still be liable to pay the hire cost

• Shower before & after use
• Enter / exit slowly
• No jumping or diving
• No glass in the hot tub
• No animals in / near the hot tub
• Limit the use of alcohol
• Children must always be supervised
• Never use the hot tub alone
• Limit your soak time to 20 minutes
• Anyone with serious health conditions should consult their doctor before use
• Replace hot tub cover after use
• Do not use soaps or oils in hot tub
